Mario Strebel
Mario Strebel is a founding partner of CORE Attorneys. He is a dedicated and pragmatic lawyer with extensive experience in his area of expertise that focuses on all aspects of competition law and regulatory matters as well as on related areas of law including distribution law. He advises Swiss and international clients from a broad range of industries in all of these matters and represents them before authorities and courts, including cartel and dominance proceedings, merger control filings, leniency applications, private enforcement litigation, appeal proceedings and disputes in commercial and distribution law matters. Other areas of his practice include general contract law, telecommunications law, public procurement and internal investigations, including white-collar crimes. Aside his work on the mandates, Mario regularly publishes articles and gives presentations on the topics of his expertise, including compliance sessions, dawn-raid workshops and distribution law seminars.
