Fabian Koch

Fabian Koch is a founding partner of CORE Attorneys. His practice focuses on competition law, regulatory and distribution law matters as well as related areas of law. He represents clients in competition law investigations, merger control proceedings and commercial disputes connected with his practice. From small start-ups to global corporations, he advises businesses on general contract, sale and purchase agreement and distribution law matters (including e-commerce), cooperation projects, compliance issues (including compliance trainings and internal investigations) and regulatory issues. Due to his background in economics and business administration, Fabian is particularly well equipped to understand economic interconnections as well as the needs and objectives of his clients.
